Our matter was mentioned before the bench at 10 35The addl.solicitor Gen representing LICalong with their adv on record submitted that they require 8 weeks time for implementing Delhi HC judgement .Our SR counsel insisted that benefits under ,3A and all other benefits for all as demanded by us should be extended to all pensioners. The court passed over the matter at this stage.. The case was again taken up at about 1,pm and the court passed interim order directing LIC to implement the Delhi judgement within 8 weeks and file a report on compliance therefor. Our SR counsel's forcible plea in the last moment made the court to pass a written interim directionDetailed information on the implications of the order will be sent by me in a couple of days'.It may be mentioned that our SR.counsel alone spoke today
.All other issues in the appeals will be argued when the matter is listed again after 8 weeks,
