Live : Day 3 Shrimad Bhagwat Katha || Rajasthan || Devi Chitralekha Ji

It would therefore be better to rely on other things rather than harping on ,56 GNS says.

Pensioners of the public sector financial institutions- which have remained so till now-resort to ,court fight out of necessity or compulsion to secure what they feel is their right. We,  LIC Pensioners rightly imagine ourselves as pioneers in this behalf albeit the fact remains that the only success in about a decade and a half we have had through court intervention is possibly the truncated benefit in the matter of 100% neutralisation on DR. The bank pensioners individually and through their numerous representative bodies also do not lag behind as quite a few dozens of cases might be pending today in several High courts in the country and also the SC. The pensioners of the general insurance sector are not known to have gone to the court so far as they were also getting automatically the doles periodically accruing for their counterparts in Banks & LIC .However very recently they have forayed into this feild for the details of which I solict the readers' patience to go throu

One more colleague Shri A.Venkatesan leaves us all this day.

Dear Friends, From last December,  we have been getting information more about our colleagues leaving us for their heavenly abode. Even before the ink in our pen dries out when we informed about the loss of Shri P.R.Chandramouli, yesterday,  yet another loss is reported by our secretary, the same day.  With a heavy heart, I am forced to inform you of the sad demise of Shri. A.Venkatesan, yesterday (13.2.2020) evening. He just completed 80 years in June 2020.  He retired as Asst. Secretary,  SZO in 2000.  Meesai Venkatesan as he was affectionately known, mostly clad in his white and white, sacrificed more than 30 years in his life for the welfare of the deaf-mutes.  He started an association for the deaf, named 'Madras Association of the deaf'  and also established a Training Centre for the adult deaf in Santhome, Chennai, both even now stand to propagate his life of sacrifice. He conducted an All In

Shri P.R.Chandramouli, Retd.AO, ZTC, Chennai passes away. GNS prays for His Soul to rest in Peace.

Friends  While we have been lamenting about the passing away of some of our senior colleagues, nature has taken away a young retiree Shri P.R.Chandramouli, today (13-02-2021) early morning, at the age of 64. Shri Chandramouli retired from the services of the corporation in May 2016. Faculty and others in ZTC at Chennai during 1990s know of his hard work and dedication and his earnestness in training front end programmes almost to everyone from all corners of South Zone.  On job rotation, at Thanjavur Division,  he met with a ghastly  accident when he was  as Branch Manager, Perambalur. We knew that a  tree fell on his car when he was driving and he had his spine broke leaving him unconscious for many many months.  This accident  which affected his movements. He was later  serving  as AO in ZTC chennai, upto his retirement, in a wheelchair.   Though disabled he was mentally active.  When approached he became our member immediately. He was mentally very active spending his time listeni

Shri R.Kasturirangan (Retd.) MM Hyd is no more. GN Sridharan condoles his demise.

It has indeed been a rude shock for us to have the news of the demise of  Shri R Kasturirangan  31 Jan 21 early  morning at the age of 86+.  What is highly saddening is that he died of Covid 19 even when we were all being told that the spread of the deadly virus was waning. It is learnt that both he and his wife were simultaneously affected and he succumbed . We pray for the early recovery of his wife             Shri  Kasturi as he was affectionately  known to all had really endeared himself to all wherever he worked viz Chennai or Vellore in TN or as MM in Hyderabad in Telengana.  He belonged to the unfortunate group of August 92-April 93 and I recall his words of appreciation when at least a partial relief accrued to that pre 97 group following the Federation's efforts, though personally what he received was negligible. He leaves behind his wife ,a son and a daughter to mourn his loss and we convey our heartfelt condolences to them. OM Shanti. G.N.SRIDHARAN PRESIDENT
