This delay could not be avoided because the notice came too late in the day , for us to attempt anything serious. Let us hope that at least on the 5th we do get the quality time, to show meaningful progress. Yes, many in our community of the Retired, may exit this world meanwhile, but when matters go to Court, this becomes an inevitable casualty.
