No.181)  Retd. DM.,   passed away yesterday, 23-11-2021,  evening by 4 PM  after he failed to respond to treatment at a hospital in Shenoy Nagar .  Even on his admission, on 16-11-2021 to the hospital, he spoke to our secretary over the phone, for his cashless procedure.
