You are seeing the First Day Festival of Chithrai at Srirengam.
Incidentally, realisation of Brahman (That is Existence-Consciousness-Bliss) is advised in our scriptures (vedhapurva and vedhanta) either through any of the specified Marga (route) Karma Marg (duty performed with Shraddha and devotion to the goal, mind unattached to the fruits of karma ) , (2) Bhakthi Marg with our Mind fixed firmly on the Saroopa, saguna Iswara,(surrender at the feet of Lord, leaving everything for Him to decide) , (3) Yoga Marg (Pathanjali and Raja Yoga Marg) or (4) Gnana Marg or a combine of all the four routes, put together. No marg negates practice of other margas.
In brief,
Nirguna, Niraakara Iswara is Brahman
and
Saguna Saakaara Brahman is Iswara.
The non-dualistic approach (Advaitha) is towards the Ultimate Bliss.
Sath ...Chith.. Anandh.
True Existence.
Consciousness ..Awareness
Bliss.
