G N S on Elections ........(Any message other than on Elections !!! ??? Editor scratches his head !!)

Today was the polling day in my state (TN) and I voted early at 9 AM .It will be interesting to know what weighed with LIC pensioners while exercising their franchise on different parts of the country.
On my part,I took the following facts in deciding on whom to vote for.

Since independence one particular group or combinations have ruled for 65 years which is now fiercely fighting another with hardly five years in office.

Anti incumbency perhaps might be good for private organisations but running a govt.is different.The five-year wallahs have not after all badly fared either

.Why then should there be a change?

               I hope that there will be some exchange of views on this through your blog
