Reg:  Group Mediclaim 2022-23

Good day to you all. 

 

We are sure all of you would have seen our circular dt. 09-03-2022, regarding the above.  We understand from LIC offices that letters, along with the option forms for exercising the option for increased Mediclaim Sum Assured had been sent to the individual pensioners. The letters should be returned to LIC before 25-03-2022, with the exercised option.

 

One time option to include independent children also is provided with the condition that the entire premium should be borne by the pensioner.  Those pensioners who are interested to include their independent children have to send the standard age proof of the children, along with a request, whereafter the respective LIC offices will send the Form A required for the purpose.
