Sri C.S.Vasan, Retd. Princiipal,ZTC, Chennai (SDM) passes away. We express our hearty condolences. May his soul rest in peace.

 With a sad heart 

I received the news of the demise of Sri C.S.Vasan, Retd. Principal, ZTC, Chennai (SDM) this morning around 5.30 am. at Vellore .

This editor has been fortunate enough to be his colleague during 1998 till his retirement.  

Known for his profound legal acumen, he was widely respected by one and all. 

May his soul rest in peace.
