I am extremely sad to report that yet another valued colleague of ours viz Shri R Venkatachari departed to his Heavenly abode on Monday the 31st August 2020.,Once again it has been a delayed information.
Shri .Chari,as he was affectionately known to all of us was a pleasant person and soft natured.I personally owe a debt of gratitude to him for the assistance he extended to me in the formative days our Chennai Assn.of retd.class1 officers.He also functioned as our Treasurer for a couple of years in the past. He ceased to be active and kept himself highly reserved from his friends and close associates after the demise of his wife about three years back. We have indeed lost a friend who was a gentleman to the core.
Shri chari leaves behind hls only son who is in US who had come down to perform his last rites.
