 2019 has dawned. Election fever all over.Vitriolic speeches,maximum legislation gone thro to curry votes,pensioners issues as usual a backburner,parity in pension amongst enterprises, organisations, & Govt, Service & Financial institutions ,the real BACKBONE for the Country & Govt still elusive though all know,we never go to Govt for help or succour,rather it is always reverse,even handing over sinking institutions to be rejuvenated, a facesaving device for Govt but an affront on financial health of a Sterling & Superlative Institution of unparalled record of sorts,pouring Peoples Money for Peoples Welfare in an egalitarian society ,

       we pray & hope that Wisdom dawns on Govt to grant the benefits which pensioners have been justifiably demanding in a marathon 20 year legal battle,Govt flouting all canons of National Litigation Policy designed by them,sanity & sanctity of Govt missing as far as Elders & aged Pensioners are concerned,only this NEW YEAR 2019 must bring relief,thanx to SC Bench & FAITH & Prayers to teh Almighty to shower prosperity on poor pensioners,age 60,65, 70 , 75, 80 & beyond,cruel Hand of Fate be removed & obliterated by EQUITY, EQUALITY, REMOVE DISCRIMINATION, ELIMINATE ANAMOLIES,ABOLISH PRE & POST Groups treating Pensioners as ONE CLASS ONLY,basic postulates should never undergo change to suit the whims & fancies of Govt ,structure & wage/pension range must conform to decent parity relationship without undue fluctuat ions,

        February will tell us the SC Bench Hon Judges ,as Hon Lokur has retired in Dec 2018,3rd week Feb 2019, most probably final hearing will start as majority of submissions are over, Pensioners are waiting with bated breath the outcome.SC must stand firm to hear the final arguments regularly to complete all final arguments & deliver the Judgement.
