Our Case in Supreme Court Today

I had a phone call just now, when Sri Dhamija, our Vice President from Delhi and Sri V K Jain our Legal Committee member from Delhi spoke. They said that our case came up around 11 am, and the Court noted the fact that LIC had filed its compliance Report on the Arrears Payment matter. While other Advocates of the Petitioners were not aware of LIC's Compliance Report filed, Sri Asthana had known of it, and he had come with his Advocate today to file his objections. He also made certain observations before the Bench that LIC , having all facts required, are still delaying the payments unnecessarily. The Court asked the other petitioners too to file their replies so that the case could be heard in                 mid-February for final disposal. If we do get more details , we shall get back to you.
