I express my deepest grief and sorrow over the sad and sudden passing away of our veteran and founder member of our Odisha unit Shri P. Swain. He has been a great support to all Pensioners.

I convey my heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family.

May his noble soul rest in peace.

With deep regret, shri G.N.Panda of Odisha Association, informs me that Shri P.Swain President of the Odisha unit passed away suddenly, on the 6th of November 2018. My heartfelt condolences to the odisha unit and the family.  Sri Swain was the founder member of the Odisha  Association and served the Association till his last breath. 

This is a big loss to the Federation too.

MAY  HIS  SOUL  REST  IN  PEACE.

It is a very sad news. My heartfelt condolences on the sudden death of Mr. P. swain. We have lost a well wisher of our Federation. Om Shanti and pray to Almighty that departed soul rests in Peace and give courage to the bereaved family to bear his separation.

I am extremely sad to know of the demise of Shri P Swain on 6th inst. He was the chief promoter of the Odisha Association bringing together Retd officers of Bhubaneswar ,Cuttack and Berhampur.I cannot forget the exemplary hospitality he extended to me whenever I attended the biennial GB meetings of the Odisha Assn during my tenure as GS of the Federation.May his soul rest in peace!!
