OBITUARY

on my return to the city this  morning after being away for two days I was distressed to know of the sad demise of one of my old colleagues and well wishers Shri R Venkatesan on the 20th
Affectionately known to all as'gundu mani' Shri Venkatesan was a principled fighter for any just cause. As HGA he was one of the staunch leaders of the erstwhile HGAs Assn in LIC. He was actively associated with Retd LIC class1 officers Assn Chennai till he had started having serious health problems some six or seven years back.A good conversationalist that he was it is difficult to reconcile that he will not be available for a lively chat.

Our condolences to the gracious lady Mrs Venkatesan his son and his entire family.

May his soul rest in peace.
