Re: our cases - a long way to go?

Please refer to our earlier circular DK/9 dt. 13-01-2018

         

          Supreme Court Website indicates the date of next hearing of our cases as 14th May 2018 which is computer-generated.  The adjournment is much more than 4 months although the time for the already delayed LIC's counter and our reply thereto involves only 6 weeks. That will be the date unless a case is made for by any petitioner for an earlier hearing. We are yet to receive the Counter from LIC. 

          Sri Jain, our Legal Co. member at Delhi, says he talked to Sri Jaipal, our Advocate's clerk, who explained that the Date 14-05-2018 is computer generated . He was of the view that our case would be listed in the last week of Feb or so.
