You must be reading the blogs of  PG Chronicle and Sahni

My fear is ... will submit a big thesis to the Court on Valuation Process of LIC,  the Court will ask LIC to reply within a month or so, and another month for petitioners to file a counter, and this will go on for months to come and this is what the LIC wants- a red herring to divert Court attention from the main terms of reference by SC. This is my worst fear.of course, may or may not happen. .
