The writ petitions received from the Rajasthan High Court are
yet to be numbered. The Registry will carry out the said exercise. It
will be ascertained as to why the writ petitions, which have been
received from the Rajasthan High Court, were not numbered.
Appropriate action as per law will be taken, in case it is found that
there was negligence or lapse.
Counsel for the petitioners state that the matter may be posted
for hearing on the following two aspects:-
(i) Whether the respondent-Life Insurance Corporation has made
payment of pension in terms of the directions given in the order
dated 31st March, 2016.
(ii) The writ petition on merits.
It is clarified that the two issues will be taken up for hearing one after
the other and the matters will not be adjourned.
It is pointed out that the Union of India has filed counter affidavit in

Counter affidavit in the said writ petition will be filed within
two days.
