E circular DK/4 – 2019-21                        1-01-2020 Friends, Reg:  New Year Hopes ... First of all my Greetings to all of you, as the New Year 2020 has just  set in, and is on its first day. Every New Year in the past has held out hopes of bringing in a better tomorrow, and for sure humanity all over, has registered newer horizons, in terms of the quality of living. This year again, it did promise to start out on a positive note, for us pensioners in particular, with the Bank Negotiations reaching, what looked like, the final stretch. Information through Bank Employees' Circulars released on the 31st of Dec. 2019, ie., yesterday, did come out with a list of items on which finality was reached. All these items, mostly, pertain to the monetary increases for the current employees. There is a whole list of non-monetary things too like Leave, School admissions for transferred employees etc, where indications are positive, but no finality is reached.        In that
