MANGUDI SRIDHARAN EXPIRED THIS MORNING. GN SRIDHARAN OFFERS HIS CONDOLENCES.

  It has been an unpleasant experience for all of us that since last couple of months we are hearing the sad news of the demise of some colleague or other at regular intervals.The latest one on the passing away of Mangudi Sritharan today (19/9) came to me as a rude shock.                       Mangudi was a very jovial person and a humorous conversationalist.His pleasent manners endeared him to anyone coming in contact with him. He had lost his wife only about two months back and I knew he was somewhat depressed since then.They were a loving but childless couple.                         A person with a history of cardiac surgery in the past he reportedly suffered a stroke ( possibly triggered by emotional stress)  a couple of days back and was hospitalized where he breathed his last this morning.To me personally he was more than an admirer/friend and always used to express his wish that    I 'should continue at the helm of our Assoc
