1.   Welcome Address by  President Shri K.SRIDHAR

2.   To Receive and adopt, already circulated, Secretary’s Reports, on the activities  for the Financial year 31-03-2022  & briefing by the Secretary.

3.   To receive and adopt, already circulated, Annual  Statement of Accounts  for the  Financial year  2021-2022.

4.   Election to the post of President, two Vice Presidents,  Secretary, two Joint Secretaries, Treasurer  and fifteen Executive Committee Members

5.   Resolutions,  if any, notice for which is received by the Secretary at least one week in advance.

6.   To felicitate Senior Members, who have completed 75 years of age* (see note 6 below)

7.   To appoint  Auditor for the Financial Year 2022-23.

8.   Spl. address by Shri D. Krishnan, Fedn. Genl. Secretary, on activities at  Federation level.

9.   Discussion on pensioners’ issues with the members

10.    Any  other matter with the permission of the chair.

GENERAL  NOTE TO THE MEMBERS ATTENDING THE AGM ON 04-06-2022

1.   We  request the members to confirm their attendance, to THE SECRETARY by SMS/WHATSAPP/PHONE:  9840932943, BY MAIL ID:  vrkrishnan46@gmail.com.

2.   Members are requested to reach the venue by 9-30 am.  Registration will commence with welcome coffee.  The proceedings will start by 10-00 am, with the cooperation of the members. 

3.   We  are sure,   our members are well aware that Our Federation and in turn the affiliated  Associations are fully dependent only on the voluntary contributions from the members, for all the expenditures, the bulk chunk of which goes to the legal battle and the travelling costs.  We fervently hope that further contributions will be forthcoming at this AGM also. The Association acknowledges with thanks the contribution  already made by  the members.  Members who,  for some reason or other,  not able to contribute to the legal fund so far,  may please send the same to the Secretary by  cheque  drawn favouring “RETD. LIC CLASS I  OFFICERS’  ASSOCIATION” or do so at the venue, by cash or cheque.

4.   While signing the attendance form,  members are requested to furnish their membership number, mobile number and   e mail id.  Any change in  address may  please be furnished, in the separate note book  kept  along.

5.   Cars have to be parked on the roads around the Nageswara Rao park. We have tried to make available one or two drivers for valet parking.

6.   * As usual this year also we will be honouring members completed 75 years as at 31-03-2020, 2021 & 2022, since for the past three years we were not able to make this important honourable agenda, due to Covid 19. Separate Communication will be sent to these members.

7.   Our Association is the only one of its kind, serving the cause of the Class I community, completing 22 years, with the active and wholehearted support of the members.  Kindly make the ensuing AGM   a grand success.
