My dear Sury
Editor's note.
Let me be frank in admitting that I receive Sri C.H.Mahadevan's emails carrying his views more or less at the same time when my friends receive also.
Anyway, as part of an editorial policy , views and circulars of Federation alone have been published so far.
Possibly the time has come to review our policy.
Thanks for your email.

You will agree with me that Mr CHM's analysis of facts and figures, his interpretation of our Pension Rules are quite masterly and deserve close reading by all our pensioners. He gives lots of useful and relevant material to steer our case in the right direction in the coming days. His approach seems to be " with malice towards none and charity for all". His latest views on Rule 3A is worth deep consideration. I think you will do well to publish once in a way, his views which appear in other blogs and which your readers might miss.
Regards
V. Gopalan
