AGENDA.

1.WELCOME ADDRESS.
2.TO RECEIVE AND ADOPT THE SECY REPORT ON THE ACTIVITIES OF THE ASSOCIATION DURING THE YEAR 2017 18\
3.TO RECEIVE AND ADOPT THE ANNUAL AUDITED STATEMENT OF ACCOUNTS FOR THE PERIOD 1.4.17 TO 31.3.18
4. ELECTION OF OFFICE BEARERS VIZ., PRESIDENT VICE PRESIDENTS , SECRETARY, JT.SECRETARIES, EC MEMBERS (12) FOR THE PERIOD 18-20.\
5. TO APPOINT AUDITOR FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 18-19
6. TO FELICITATE SENIOR MEMBERS WHO HAD COMPLETED THE AGE OF 75.
7. ANY OTHER MATTER WITH THE PERMISSION OF THE CHAIR.
