Hang on the Wall AND see your luck soars.

Some friend of mine in the web hissed that a portrait (or even a photo) of a running horse in the front interior wall of one's house brings luck.   It is the belief of the Chinese people, he added.  I have already found this RUNNING HORSE picture in several houses. Pensioners, as we are, equally are running from pillar to post for the last twenty years.  Like the horses in the picture w . hich may never stop running any time in future,  will we also be running ? Ever and Ever ?  I don't know. When will reach your goal post?   None knows .. Oh! My dear Horses ! Stop for a While. Take rest. Relax yourselves. Anyway, let us also RUN. Is it not said ,  You Become what You Believe.  यतः भावं तत भवति.  I continue to be optimistic.  I just bought a picture of RUNNING HORSES and nailed  it on the wall of my flat. (where I stay without paying a rent.) Would you ?

Om Shanti Om,

Munching the past.

In the long span of my career with this great organisation, nearly forty two years, there were two spells, when I I had more to learn . The first one in 80s when I travelled from place to place throughout south India. From Sholapur in the west  to Medak and Parvathipuram  (now possibly Telengana ) down to Kaladi and Kanyakumari, in Kerala and Tamil Nadu, I travelled wide and far  (by road or rails) through rain and shine, and met my own colleagues to know and record  how  they did jobs better or worse than how I could do. The second one, in later 90s, when I was pinned to a place like the Street Corner VINAYAKA  when people from all corners visited and dined with me and not only that,  listened to me (!) too. In both, to introspect, I had too many learning points. In mid 80s, my job was to visit various offices, pick up holes in the performances and pen a thesis on them.  Most times  you just scratch the surface, The unseemly ants appear from nowhere, so many that you stop

Divine Way of Justice.!!

Methought you should be knowing. When You Deny what you should provide  to those who sweat and bled for you,  You are forced to shell out to those who were never with you. And to whom you never owed anything As  they did nothing. For U and for anyone Who belonged to you. And that is Divine Justice. You are Big. Great Too ! But  Be  Magnanimous.  And Magnanimity Springs out of a  Single Thought.  HOW u should give  not WHY
