Further to SMS sent to earlier this morning, we have received info from the Counsel as follows: 1.         UOI have been directed to file their reply to the WPs within a week 2.         Delhi HC to list the matter on 27 th  Sept 2016 3.         As UOI have just today filed their reply to our WP 184/2016, we may file our rejoinder shortly on this 4.         As per SC direction, the Delhi have to give their verdict before the end of Jan 2017, which shall be the overall time limit We shall be shortly sending a detailed written circular.
