Next Hearing 20.2.17 Delhi HC


Proceedings in DTH on 16/2/2017
We are informed that the counsel for AIIPA advanced his arguments and the court fixed the next date of hearing as Monday the 20th Feb, 17

 Hopefully it will be the concluding day and our Federation's Senior Counsel  will be arguing our case unless UOI  decides making any further submissions. We can reasonably expect that judgement will be reserved on 20th.
