OUR HON'BLE CHIEF MINISTER MADAM J. JAYALALITHAA
IS NO MORE
I am sorry to report to our members the sad demise of Ms. J Jayalalalithaa the chief minister of my home state of T N last evening.. She was a courageous leader with a mass following. On behalf of our organisation, I extend our condolences to her followers and join them in their prayers for her soul to rest in peace.
Due to the tension following the intensive final stage treatment for her in the hospital commercial establishments were not functioning in the city to regular timings for the past couple of days. Besides I was also slightly indisposed after my return from Delhi on 30th ultimo with the result the finalisation of my report on the proceedings of the EC meeting held at Thrissur on 28/11 got delayed. I however hope to despatch the same in a couple of days.
