Re: Hearing in Delhi HC on 4/8/2016
We could not send out any communication for the last couple of weeks because
1) I was unavoidably busy fulfilling certain pressing personal commitments ever since returning from Delhi after the last hearing on 12/7/2016 and
2. We were fully engaged in fixing up a suitable Sr. Counsel in the place of Shri Sriram Panchu for arguing our case in the Delhi HC.
We are glad to inform that we have since made necessary arrangement and we shall certainly strive for securing maximum benefits for all sections of pensioners on the basis of prayers incorporated in our amended WP.
Our Legal committee will also be meeting a day in advance of the hearing. We assure that as usual prompt intimation will be given on what transpires at the hearing on 4th proximo.
